**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have expertise in supervising maintenance staff, possess strong mechanical knowledge, and be experienced in industrial maintenance.

**Duties:**

- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians

- Manage and prioritize maintenance tasks to ensure efficient operations

- Interpret and work with mechanical schematics for equipment repairs

- Oversee all aspects of industrial maintenance within the facility

- Replace parts or components as needed

- Troubleshoot low voltage electrical systems

- Maintain suppliers relationship

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience in maintenance management

- Strong computer knowledge and ability to troubleshoot various systems

- Familiarity with crypton mining maintenance practices and procedures

- Capability to supervise/manage and train maintenance staff effectively

- Excellent communication skills
